Basic rules

PAYMENT: I require upfront payment through PayPal invoice before I start working unless agreed otherwise beforehand.REFUND POLICY: There are no refunds, unless stated otherwise or agreed upon.REQUIREMENTS:
- The commissioner is required to provide me visual references.
- The commissioner is required to use a provided watermarked version for reposting the commission online.LICENSE: I grant the commissioner a license to use the finished commission on the terms set out below:
- The commissioner receives a digital image in png format.
- The commissioner is prohibited from making copies, prints, merchandise, etc. of my work for profit.
- The commissioner is allowed to use the commissioned artwork for personal purposes (e.g., can print the artwork, set as a desktop wallpaper, avatar, icon, etc.)MY RIGHTS:
- I reserve the right to stream your commission.
- I reserve the right to decline your request for any reason without explanation.
- I reserve the right to use a finished commission to advertise myself.
- I reserve the right to change my terms at any time.

On stream rules

- All of the commissions are streamed at Picarto.tv
- I require to communicate with commissioners through the Discord.
- The slots can be claimed either through Picarto.tv chat or Discord.
- You can add me on discord at any time: ren_joy
- Upon an agreement, a commission can be scheduled.
- In case the commission isn't finished the same day, it should be scheduled for the next stream.
- If a commission is waiting more than 2 streams, the commissioner can request a refund.

rules regarding
different
commissions

- I accept payment plans for payments above 250usd
- I accept deadlines only if the commissioner informs me at least 3 weeks ahead of the date.
- The estimated time of finishing a commission is 1-3 months, depending on its complexity.
- I reserve myself the right to take up to 6 months to finish a commission (eg. in case of a heavy art block). Upon 6 months passing, the commissioner can request a refund.
- I reserve myself the right to take on-stream commissions between the work on other commission requests
